A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).

Republican holds NC-05 House seat stays heavily favored Polymarket 87%
    • Polymarket prices a Republican win in North Carolina's 5th Congressional District at 87%, a strong favorite reading ahead of the November 3 midterms.
    • Trump's in-state rally reinforces but does not move the already heavy Republican advantage the market has priced into the NC-05 seat.
    • Companion Polymarket contracts in nearby North Carolina districts, NC-03 at 81% Republican (CM-EVT-MCNRMD34V7) and NC-07 at 80% Republican (CM-EVT-9L1SW3NVQ0), show a consistent statewide lean.
    • Resolves via UMA oracle on election night or certified results; all three NC contracts show the market pricing a Republican sweep of contested state districts.
